To determine the appropriate treatment plan for you, a comprehensive psychological evaluation is done first. Then, we collaboratively discuss the treatment plan, and we may revise the plan as we go along. An individualized plan is uniquely created based on your needs; there are no "cookie cutter" approaches used. We will regularly evaluate how well therapy is helping you to reach your goals.
The length of the therapy course varies depending on the issues you bring up, the effort you put into it, and the methods I use. Individual therapy sessions are specifically designed to assist you in reaching your goals. Each session will last approximately 45-60 minutes, and at a frequency to be determined by your needs and availability.
